I just saw this thread, definetly the best CRV I ever seen.

BTW, do some offroading with Vtec and coilovers

Negative, no offroading with this baby. Have you seen my Mugen valve cover and Password JDM intake chamber? Last time I went offroading my engine bay was ridiculously dirty. It took two weeks to get it all out. Besides, with how horrible the streets are here in Connecticut (potholes, bumps, dips, ect) I already consider my daily drives "off roading. " Lol!

RE: A Real CR-VTEC - B20VTEC

Yea usually I have all 4 facing the reversed blade direction but one of my wheels has to be replaced because of bad toe and camber.

And yes finding 4 (let alone 5) Prelude rims are mad difficult. Even via eBay.

Man nice crv. I own one to its a 00, I have the same problem to i lowered it on skunk 2 coilovers and it bounces like crazy. Any advice? It also has a neuspeed strut bar. I was tempted to through a vtec head. Imagine all wheel drive b20vtec. Im assuming yours is two wheel drive. Well good lok with the turboThumbUp

Thanks for the props man! She's still a work in progress. In a few weeks I'll be blacking out the headlights - the correct way, for an even more aggressive look.

Actually mine is AWD too! However the only drawback is being an autobox. The tranny is a bit restrictive on the top end power. Great on low to mid range power and torque. And once you go VTEC you don't go back.

As for the bouncy-ness... I'm not sure if I posted the resolution on this post but the problem was bad shocks. About 3 weeks ago I was planning to install a camber kit from Ingalls and when I removed one of the shocks I found it way too easy to push in and pull out. (sounds like a bad date, lol) Needless to say both shocks were blown. They were OEM but brand new ones upon install. I replaced them with the original OEM ones (KYB GR-2's) and now I'm all set. Firm on all corners like before, but no bouncy nonsense.

How did it happen you ask? I called up KYB and they said that the shaft could have been scratched on installation. Scratched enough to rip through or cause a rip in the shock at this piece I don't remember, but then would allow for fluid to leak out. So check yours for fluid leakage.

Very nice. My aunt also has a first gen CR-V with a Jackson Racing supercharger. She took it out though. Now it's stock. She used to pull when she had it on.

I checked out the site, but none of the pictures seem to work. When right-clicking to view it brings up another site. The parts list is nice. However there's another boosted CRV with a 99GSR Head up in Mass that was selling for 10g's. Get those pictures if you can, I'd like to see it!
