Eibach Pro-kit is a 1.5" front, 1.3" rear for your car. The Sportlines are 1.8" all the way around. H&R is 1.75" front, 1.5" rear. Any of those matched up with a set of Koni Orange or Yellows would defiantly rock on that car.

You can either swap the 18s for some 17s or roll your fenders and they would work with no rubbing.

I like the idea of a 1.5" drop in front and 1.3" in the back. How much clearance do you think Id have in the rear if I went with that? Cause of right now I can barely even stick my pinky finger between the rear panel and tire. Lol

& I cant trade for smaller rims cause then it would make my car lower and I cant have it a centameter lower. lol my driveway isnt the best.

Judging by the pics in your sig, it would sit ever so slightly above the top of your wheels, most of the sidewall will not be visible in the rear. On your car it would look great I think, but remember you will not have the option to adjust springs, but rest assured that springs+new struts is a far better set-up than 90% of the coilovers for a DD.

Not to shabby, you should add a black valve cover. But it does look good.
Did you notice a diff with the intake manifold?

RE: Anybody tried ebay coilovers?

Glad to help man, a well planned spring/shock set-up will run as good, if not better than a coilover on the street. Coilovers are intended for track use, they travel very little and run really high spring rates.

Lots of people get bad info and just start thinking that stiffer means better. When on the street, where our cars play, it isn't true after a point. City streets are rougher than ever the worst road courses, you need some give, or a very hard head lol

RE: Anybody tried ebay coilovers?

Wow, I hate ebay springs. Super bouncy ride, but theyre alright on smooth roads. My handling did improve, but I'd go with something namebrand. I'm short and I've actually bounced and hit my head on the ceiling with these. haha

Yeah, honestly Id say my shocks are probably dead since my car has been lowered to much. (Due to the previous owner, not me) What's it feel like when you have dead shocks?

RE: Anybody tried ebay coilovers?

Update:

When I started this thread I had the car registered but no insurance. I just got insurance a couple of weeks ago and Ive got to say the scrubbing isnt bad at all. It only seems to be the front tires that do it though, not the back. I only have to go 40 on the first road I drive on due to the crappy road until I turn off onto another road. So no scrubbing for me unless I feel like being speed racer. Smile

Needless to say it rarley ever scrubs but I still would like to raise it up some.

Thanks for all the input! ThumbUp
