If you're not breaking parts, you're not going fast enough.

noooo. i think its good. just make sure you use ARP rod bolts and ARP head studs.

So where can I get those and is there a mount kit for engine and tranny somewhere I can pick up or can I use stock mounts?

take a look on http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com. you should be able to find everything to do an ls/vtec swap.
