Well, things have shifted a lot so I figured I should correct this thing.
The engine build is at a standstill until I get out the Army, so other than buying the block I won't be making much headway there. Prolly focus on wrapping up the other loose ends.
And possibly an OEM CF hood. Not 100% sure right now.
Suspension:
Eibach Sportline Springs with Koni adjustable struts.
Skunk2 rear camber arms with Ingalls Front camber bolts.
This wraps up the basics that I haven't already modded. Once the k24 bottom end is done, I'll boost it with a GT2871RS kit from Full-Race. All in all I'm hoping for 400+whp on high boost. Shouldn't be too hard getting there with a fully built low compression K24 and a good helping of boost. With the boost comes a full on 6 part engine mount kit. Gonna vibrate more than most like, but it's not for most people.
Only issue I may have is if I do want to take the car to the drag strip, I might have to swap to coilovers so the DR or slicks will fit. Doubt this will be an issue as it's not the car's intent so who cares if it's not fasst at the drag strip.

sounds pretty nice. did you see the Kraftworks s/c kit they say with a kpro and this kit on a otherwise stock a2 you can make 325hp. Check it out

Included Items:
• Rotrex C30 or C38 Supercharger
• Rotrex Self-Contained Oiling System
• KraftWerks Rotrex Oil Cooler

• KraftWerks Recirculating Bypass Valve

• KraftWerks Brackets and Hardware
*Total Horsepower will be determined by the engine type and build. The total horsepower depends on engine modifications, tuning, weather, altitude, etc.
Seen it, great sc but they have pushed the production on it back several times now. The only kit available for my car is the generic k20 kit that deletes the ac. Not to mention there is no kpro for the 8th gens yet.
On your car it would be a great set-up, as you have kpro Anyhow, they say they will make it someday (but not calling it kpro) so I'll just have to wait.
Also +1 for repping CorSport. Tai is an awesome dude.

yeah i remember them saying that it was going to be in production this year but then they put it off. they don't even plan on making a complete kit for the EPs your generation is going to be their only complete kit. if i were to put it on i would need to delete my a/c. If i were you i would go with the JRSC only cause it has alot of potential with the powercard (since you don't get the k-pro) and i hear its very reliable. plus with the rest you plan to do it should be pretty damn fast and sound awesome.
No worries, is back. Long story short, had some heath issues...again and now I'm in Korea. Big swing in life and things go crazy. Sorry to leave you guys hanging. I knew I was missing something in life and here it is Lot's changed on the direction with the Civic, build stalled while I was sick but it's going again. Big orders posted recently.
Gonna keep rocking the Eibachs, picked up a set of Skunk2 camber arms and Tokico adjustable struts. Ordered a few parts for a GT2871RS build. Shooting for 400 whp but have to make sure the rest of the car can hold it before it goes in.

Finally have the entire exhaust for my car. Going to pop in everything for the cat-back portion and use the cheapo header/downpipe I have until the turbo goes in.
Hytech twinloop cat-back with a couple resonators. A good example of the Hytech cat-back behind a skunk2 header.

RE: So I have refined my build...yet again 22Oct09
Going to modify the list up top as things start progressing more. As it stands now really need to make a full list of mods on the car, both cosmetic and performance.

They make great knockoff stuff, but I'm the guy that spent around $500 on my shifter assembly. I don't take the cheap route, I've been down that road before and it's more hassle than it's worth IMO.
Plus I'm a Mugen whore, and can't be a real Mugen whore without the real Mugen parts hehe.
