I did mine, now I want to see yours. We can all compare specs, theories, ideas, etc.
Keep it all motor, please.
Post pictures of builds in progress, completed, whatever.
Everyone is welcome, whether you have a 170hp Bseries, a 350hp Hseries, or even a 100hp Dseries.

Stock K20A3.
Have a Type S exhaust sitting in my room so I can run a race header.
Future will include your typical I/H/E, along with an RBC manifold, cammed, and a GOOD tune on KPro...hoping for or at least close to 200whp.

RE: Post your setup...
haven't ran it at the 1/4 yet. Just bought it less then 2 months ago for a grand and i've been cleaning up the issues/rice. Just ran it at the local 1/8th mile numerous times. Should be running at the 1/4 here in a few weeks. Given the e.t. and trap in the 1/8th mile i should be on track for a 13.7 run at the moment. I do have about 75lbs more to drop out of it so maybe even quicker then. I'd like to get down to consistent 8.6's before i head to the 1/4. We'll see. I'm running on 225 bfg dr's and pulling consistent high 1.9 60ft's running consistent low low 8.8's. The 8.7 run was on a 1.80 60ft. I've picked up almost 2mph since then from some tricks but i've been running on thursday nights (street car night) and they don't prep the track very well because of its only 10 bucks to run and not many come with dr's or slicks sooooooo...............i'm fairly confident when i run when the track is prepped better i should be able to get down in the 1.8 range again and break some 8.6's. Like i said though i got the other 75lbs to take out so 8.5's with a stock b16 is my goal in the 1/8th and eventually 13.5's in the 1/4. Oh and yes weight is a beyotch. lol

The cars is sitting at 215whp and 153tq with a conservative tune. Cam gears are still both set at 0, so I'm pretty sure there is still more power to pull out of it. All tuning was done on a Dynojet.
That's in the EG isn't it? Slap some ITBs on there dude! I don't want to be the only one running 250 when I get mine built!
Any 1/4 or 1/8 times?

Yup, in the EG. I think all I need to do to get up around 250whp would be to send the head out for a wicked port job, then get some bigger cams. All in due time.
So far I've only been to the track once with this set up, and it was on street tires. It went 13.1 at 106mph, with a terrible 2.1 sixty foot.

Agreed. I would love to run 14s, but my car isn't capable of lower than a 15.1. That was on a warm day with my friend's BFG DRs in 205/50/15.
Anyone do any AutoX or circuit racing?

Mine is a Type R B18C block, stock rods and crank. CTR pistons (12:1 CR), prodrive oil pump gear, mugen baffled pan, power enterprise belt, new Type R head, supertech exhaust valves, Type R intake valves, JUN cams, JUN cam gears, JUN retainers. And of course new seals, bearings, etc. My goal was 220HP which was on the higher side but I think it is doable with the right intake and exhaust manifold and some serious stand alone. It's all for sale now BTW.

Thanks. I have decided to go K series. I would be at my HP goal with a stock K20R (which I already bought). And if I build the K I could have high 200 HP. So now I'm selling off all my B series stuff to try and recoup the price of the K.
