Any blue light sucks! They do not produce enough usable light to see anything with. Silverstars are ok but, there are two types. The cheap type that you get at your local auto parts store, and the ones you need to order.
For the best light output that actually helps you to see, you need a pure white light, yellow only works in fog since, the yellow itself will cut through the fog with out the glare.
Still plays with trucks.

i dont buy any Sylvania lights anymore, its only Osram for me from now on. unless theyre actually HIDs, blue bulbs are just a tint ont he actual bulb or a different filament so youre not gonna make as much light

Yea I was going to say aren't those Autozone and Discount Auto store lights? They look funny in their expensive boxes. I'd rather buy some hyperwhites off ebay for $5. I've had a set last 6mo before 1 bulb went out. Bought another set and now I've got a an extra bulb just in cases.
